I have paid almost 400 a month for car and motorcycle insurance for the last 11 years and never had an accident. I get rear ended and pushed into the truck in front of me in Tennessee on vacation and it's been 5 weeks and I am still friking here. They can SUCK IT ! OH BTW, they sent a check that doesn't cover the damage and it's 500 short. When I called them back she says it looks like we took out your deductible twice by accident. Ha, by accident my ass. Go to another insurance company before you get in an accident.  All I wanted was my Range Rover back and to be on my way and it's still at mechanics unable to drive and they won't cover the cost. F'King Ridiculous ! The adjuster in Cleveland is an idiot and a scammer. He will not put it all the damages in your estimate. It took them 10 days just to look at truck. Some service huh

Wish I could give zero stars. Geico is by far and away the worst insurance company on the planet. They'll never get another penny from me. Liars and worthless.

I have been with State Farm for a while I have no issues with that. Just kept on looking to saving some money. I went to the local office & Jamie has looked up for my insurance quote and the prices we cheaper with wat has I been paying. So, I switched to geico after 2years with State Farm. It took us about less than 15min and saved $66.

Greta and the team at GEICO in Chattanooga have excellent customer service. You can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door and she definitely goes above and beyond with any questions or concerns I have related to my auto or homeowners insurance.
