Was with Geico for 4 years, and they still had my rates sky high. I switched to progressive, and saved $1000 yearly(YES!) of coarse, when I canceled my Geico policy they still wanted more money out of me (I always made on time payments, and literally calceled 10 days after my last payment) Not sure how Progressive will work out in the end, but at this point anything is better than Geico. If i could give it 0 stars, I would.

This is the worst insurance I ever had every time I call to update any information they increase my quote just because I move from the worst place to a nice place were there is not incidences criminal and it my own house geico increase my quote for 100 $ dollars more they said if i want a discount i have to insure my house with them so that's not nice cuz that have nothing to do with my house customer service is not nice at all I will never recommend geico any of my friend Iam going to swich from insurance right now.

Rotten. Horrible. Scammers. Will not replace vehicle when totalled by another driver’s fault. Will run customer down over multiple phone calls with varying responses hoping they give up. Geico will here from our lawyers. Do not use Geico.

The staff I have had the displeasure with coming in contact with are extremely ignorant. I could barely even get a word in edge wise, and the demeanor started to trend on a rude note. Its obvious to me that they use all the grey areas of the law to bank off of. Why would they slam a responsible driver with a perfect driver record. I'm so upset, I'm searching for a new insurance company. I am utterly disgusted, you should all be ashamed of yourselves. Bye...

Well I’ve had them for 2 yrs now since the beginning. Been a headache  the just ripped of big time I’ll be changing my insurance needles to say  I owed about 2500$ they  said the credited my acount  500$  which means I owe 2000. Well my final bill is 918$   So you guys do the math   They redid all my Billing info  pAst payments  sayin last year was 203 when it was 215  they said I was payin 387 when I was paying 367.34 then added renters insurance  they dropped it to 357 they said my payment was late although to last years An comes out my account   Every month no issues I do know that I had Three late payment   But  need less to to say I’m changinging my account  An the balance for what they owe  after any one does the math it’s  a loss  they are ripping off customers thinking peopl are not gonna realize it ✌🏼 Fraud company that fixes paper work  they deleted my whole Payment history an every thing a serious investigation needs to be done on this  company
