The initial request for tdi is very efficient it can be filed on line .the problems come after that waiting for update forms to be mailed takes 7-10 days to receive by mail in today's world you should be able to print out the forms online or be emailed.while I have a lot of time on my hands it takes a lot of effort to get through to them .I have to keep calling to see if they received forms .the employees are defiantly overworked with the call volume which could be reduced with email options or forms available to be printed. My payments are about a month behind good thing I don't eat much.

Very poor service it's impossible to get through and when you do they say it's a very high call volume call back and hang up on you.

Phone is alway busy, you have to call 25 times to get the golden ring!  Then you cannot get anyone on the phone, doesn't even give you the opportunity to hold and wait, it hangs up!  So frustrating.  Why can't I get info on what is holding up my claim so I can address it... as my bills pile up, phone calls are constant and I'm stressed to the max?

Applied online on October first, still waiting, can't get through to anyone on the phone. When I check on the automated system it tells me that my claim status can't be determined. Meanwhile I received an eviction notice from my landlord this morning, I have children who will be living on the street soon and still no TDI that I have been paying into for years.
