January 22, 2018 Update:  Elana, the owner, called me today to discuss these incidents.  It appears that the employee who helped me select the jackets from the catalogs, took my order and accepted my logos never forwarded this info on to her employer.  In fact Elana advises me that she never even recieved an order in October.  She was asked a question about a rush order on December 11th for December 13th and told the employee this was impossible not to mention the jackets chosen were discontinued.

  I rarely write negative reviews being a fellow business owner.  However, after giving Gemini a second chance to rectify the situation only to still have no product.  In September I ordered company jackets with plenty of lead time as gifts for my employees to recognize National Technician week.  I asked for them to be ready ANY time that week.  I was told an error had been made on one jacket so the order was returned but would be ready in time.  Then I was contacted again to say the order would not be ready at all.  Since it was too late to give as gifts of recognition, I told them to complete the order for Christmas presents 2 months later.  I was promised they would be ready in plenty of time for our Christmas party on the  Wednesday the 13th.  On Monday I initiated contact and was told I could pick them up on Tuesday afternoon.  I got a message on Tuesday morning that they would be hand delivered on Wednesday morning...Wednesday morning a new message that the jackets will not be ready as the jackets were printed with another company's logo!!!! But we could have them done in 2 MORE DAYS!!!  If after 4 months I cannot get 20 jackets from this company for two separate important events, I was not inclined to keep this business relationship.  At no time did the owners of the company contact me to apologize or even communicate with me.

Gemini Apparel is Top Notch.  I had them screen print two different styles of shirts and both came out looking great. Joe, the owner went above and beyond with customer service explaining to me about all the different shirt fabrics and how they would hold up to my specific needs. Joe and his staff even hunted for a specific color I was requesting and took the time to scour catalog after catalog to find just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs!
