This place was AMAZING! Called at 2:58 on a Saturday not realizing they closed at 3. Not only did they wait 15 minutes for me to get there, they took the time to replace the battery to all 6 of my watches. They were worked super quick! John and Dad (I think :)) were amazing! Will definitley be back.

I couldn't be happier with GemTime. I have a Movado where the stem broke off. I was sure it would have to be in the shop for days or weeks while a part had to be ordered. I walked in and the nice older gentleman (who had been fixing watches 50 years and was a 4th generation watch maker) had it fixed in 15 minutes and even replaced the battery. And the price was much lower than I expected. I would recommend these guys for any watch repair. I was also tempted to buy a watch, since they have so many beautiful ones.

Love these guys!! Straight up family run and honest!! They not only took care of my Breitling watch but they educated me on how to take care of it. Thanks John and George for being stand up gentlemen!

So i wanted to write a review so that people can feel comfortable leaving there jewelry with them.I bought my girlfriend a engagement ring and it was a size to large and they took it down a size for 65 dollars.I have called around and thats a very reasonable price and they ring came back too me looking better then when i took it there the staff is super friendly and will go above and beyond to satisfy your needs or wants.
