We had wonderful service. One of the few shops where the owners are friendly and helpful, but don't hover over your every move spouting the "percentage off" like many others in Old Town. Items are pleasingly arranged so there isn't so much to look at that you can't really focus on any one thing. This also was a frequent problem in other stores, but not this one. They have a great selection of beautiful pieces. We each bought two pieces here and would happily purchase there again.

Amazing Selections + Wonderful Service + Fair Prices!! My first visit was amazing. Farrah was immediately responsive to my jewelry preferences and started helping me shop. After just a few minutes, the owner, Nasser started getting in on the fun. He was giving me all my options for custom jewelry, providing information about each piece, and honestly weighed in on what was the best value for me as a customer. Ended up with a gorgeous statement Zuni ring and the biggest pair of Zuni hoops I've ever ever soon!! Thankfully I saved Nasser from turning them into bracelets :-) LOVE THIS PLACE -- can't wait to go back.

Terrible experience, very rude owners/staff.  There are many other shops around Old Town to receive quality service.
