We've had them out to my mother's house several times to clean out a sewer. It's was still backing up and since the last time out was more than 30 days (more like 40 days) they want to charge $49 for the dispatch and then the full price for a root and scope (if necessary). Dennis the manager waived the fees because he wanted to get it right. Woody, one of the more senior techs came out and cleaned the system then scoped it with their snake/camera. There was a bend in the line that was caked with TP and that was the blockage point. He recommended a power flush to clean out the years of stickiness, the blockage and any roots which we did. It wasn't cheap but the cost of digging outside to 8' down was pushing $10K so this was a good alternative. After the power flush he reported that the bend (90 degree) actually looked good and there was no collapse or breaks, so we're good to go with our fingers crossed. I'll probably opt for another flush in 2 years to help maintain the 70 year old concrete pipes.

Brandon Fairley with Gene Johnson Plumbing is a life saver! The original plumber we hired (through a different company) told us that he could not complete the work quoted after we already had our walls torn open for him to access the plumbing. I made a call to Gene Johnson and they had Brandon come out the next day. Not only was Brandon on time, he was courteous, cleaned up after himself and had a fantastic attitude. He looked at our plumbing situation and had the problem fixed in a few hours. Brandon truly is a plumbing rough-in expert and a genius too. I will definitely be doing business with Gene Johnson again!

Trent and Josh were fabulous! They serviced our furnace and it has never worked better. The scheduling people were really nice too! Highly recommend Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating.

Jason was wonderful! He listened to my concerns and frusterating and gave me options on the most efficient way to fix the problem. He was super professional and wasn't trying to just sell me on the most expensive water heater. I went to beacon plumbing and a few other places before and not one of them did anything but send me a bill and not resolve the problem. I will only be using gene Johnson plumbing for all my future needs and Ask for Jason! Thank u

Are you kidding? $49 to come out and give an estimate? Never heard of that before. Beware... they took up 10 -15 minutes of my precious time to question my needs, book a day and time for an estimate, put me on hold, and at the end of the conversation, "oh, by the way, there will be a $49 charge for the estimate" Are you kidding me? That was the end of that...!
