Matt called me back within 30 min of my initial call to the service line. He was very friendly and courteous. He seemed to very knowledgeable. After a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no issues. I was more than willing to pay $125 for the service call. They have good rates on yearly service plans too. I would highly recommend Peterman HVAC, and specifically Matt; I am impressed with the organization and its employees.

I was very happy with my recent purchase of a gas furnace and air conditioning system from Peterman. I think it was a good deal and all the people that I have met there are very professional and personable. I especially liked that the sales rep did not use any high pressure tactics, he just gave me the information needed to make the right decision for my house. The installation guys were also very accommodating and easy to get along with. The whole process of removing the old equipment and putting in the new furnace and AC was finished in less than a day. So in summary I can highly recommend all the people from Peterman.

(e-mail sent Tuesday, March 1, 2017 to Chad Peterman immediately following our plumbing inspection as a Peterman Preferred Plan customer) Chad: Wanted to send a note and tell you what a positive experience we had with this morning with your apprentice service tech - Ed Boyd. He represented your business well and reinforced our brand loyalty to your company. Ed may only have worked 7-8 months with Peterman but he carried himself proudly as "a company man" and spoke very favorably about the culture of your company and how much he enjoyed working in such a professional atmosphere. Timely, polite, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He looked over my house like it was his own. He highlighted a couple minor areas needing attention and offered options for us to consider. We gladly agreed to the prudent preventive maintenance he suggested. Ed seems like a keeper and an up and comer to be watched and groomed for greater responsibility. We trust you and your company and recommend you to people when the opportunity arises. Thanks Chad.

Prior to call Peterson another company came out and told me that I needed to replace the system and gave no explanation. it was a 15 minute visit. The tech from Peterson came out and worked on finding the exactly problem before telling me my options. He fixed the system for $4000 less. Even if the price was the same or slightly more I would have let the tech repair it. His professionalism and customer service was surprising refreshing. I was very pleased

Bryan came out to give us an estimate on a new air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. Bryan gave us an estimate on 2 different a/c which we received in writing the same day. Bryan is very friendly and represents Peterman Heating very well!! We will continue to do business with them!
