Very poor service. And friend and I came into the salon (I used to work at gene Juarez meanwhile so I know the drill on customer service) and no one was at the front desk for 5 minutes. Then when someone came, they passed us onto someone else right away. Then that girl told us she was “on her way out” and couldn’t assist us but said someone might be able to answer my friends question in 15 minutes which isn’t a big deal we don’t mind waiting but then the front desk person was clearly annoyed helping us and then came back to the salon after she had to go. Then the spa receptionist attendants looked over at us and said “what are you doing?” Rudely while we sat in the lobby waiting for the colorist. Very disappointed. I recommend using the Redmond salon.

Kelly is amazing! She is professional, and an expert in her field with 20+ years of experience. She always makes my brows look great and listens to what I want. I highly recommend Kelly!

I was willing to go to a higher end salon for services this time, because I had a special occasion coming up. I paid quite a bit more then I am used to just for my color and cut to come out middle of the road. If only I could of predicted that from the beginning I wouldn't of come or spent the additional money, it was such a dissapointment.

I had a bad experience with my haircut at this place. The stylist did a bad job with the haircut, she also blow dried my hair in the end like I normally do when I am rushing ( no style, no volume, just blow dry). I kept waiting till last minute when she will take a big round brush to give me a style and it did not happen! They don't care about their clients, I am new in town when I called to book an appointment I asked for someone good  who can work with asian hair. They got me the first available stylist(.

The salon is fine, Jack in the men's salon is incredible. Talented and friendly. Airways on time and a fair price.
