Recoop has captured my heart.  SO thankful for a local small spa.  The people remember your name, have cozy robes for you to slip into, the most incredible barn doors and decor and the massage therapists are incredible.

Be careful. They will cancel at the last minute. Also don't trust when they say "I'll call you back soon". Two different receptionists on diffferent days told me the same thing but they never did. Also they just use cheap products you can get online yourself too

All I have to say is I can't believe I just paid for that. Got the best pedi on the menu expecting to get pampered and super disappointed. Lack of attention (left with callouses), uncomfortable chair, left alone for 10 minutes 3/4 way through while she was at front counter. Not relaxing. Not recommended.

Had a great experience with my manicure today. Lina was excellent and we had a great conversation. Will definitely be back.

My wife booked a massage appointment for Saturday 4/29. She woke up with a terrible flu the morning of and called to cancel. 

Owner was unwilling to budge on the 100% charge cancellation policy, stating "rightfully so we should charge 100% of the massage fee for cancellation. 

This is the only spa that charges 100% of the massage cost for cancellations. no questions asked, no exceptions made. PERIOD.

Spa has zero regard for customer service. All they care about is getting paid.

I've now paid for that $110.00 massage in full without even stepping foot inside the facility this weekend.
