BEWARE -- they  have hired incompetent people to answer phones and manage their salons. I'm appalled at the terrible service I got today.

I identified myself as a cancer patient wanting to get some fake eyelashes as I'm losing mine, and Swedish Hospital Cancer Center had them on a recommended list. Not for long!  I'm shocked by the terrible service and unknowledgeable staff  gene juarez has. They do not know, nor can they even describe their services! (note: they have one central switchboard no matter which store you call). 

 Managers didn't really care about incompetency of staff and the corporate manager I spoke to was defensive and  RUDE to me. 

I suggest you boycott Gene Juarez if you want competent service because they can't even hire receptionists or managers two that offer any decent customer service. I spoke to 2 receptionists and TWO managers-- all receive poor grades in customer service.

Gene would be shocked if he were around to see how LOW his company has sunk. I suggest you go  somewhere else. I will!
