Needed new locks and keys when I bought my condo so called Gene's. They worked me in at a time that was good for my schedule, did quick, high quality work and at a fair price. Best part was the follow up when I had a question about my door keypad.

Excellent customer service. We needed new locks and keys for our Seminar Room which was done in a very timely manner. They also fixed an issue we had with one of the lock tumblers following the service without charge. I can highly recommend them.

Called to have someone come out to drill out cam lock on wall safe and replace cam lock.. wanted $500.00 that’s crazy had another company come out for less than$100.00 to complete job.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Felt like I was arguing with a outraged teenager!!! I would highly recommend going with anyone else!!!

I was in a bad situation. I inserted my key into the ignition of my car it would not turn. I was parked in a grocery store parking lot and trying everything I could gleen from Google to get that key to budge! I couldn't get my car to do anything. Nada! So I turned to a nearby locksmith, Gene's Lock and Security. I must've sounded frantic on the phone but Carrie gave me great instructions. She said I could have it towed and leave it onsite and they would look at it! I fully appreciate the way Gene's employees managed to make me feel that if I just got my vehicle there they were on it. If you have ever felt stranded in our triple digit heat you need someone professional who can calm your jagged nerves! Thanks to all you guys at Gene's for not only resolving my ignition issue, but for also just being downright nice.
