Awesome experience. Staff discovered an issue with our camper just before delivery and fixed the problem immediately so our vacation was not totally ruined. They went above and beyond. Every single staff member was phenomenal, making us feel like valued customers. Will recommend to friends.

I have had the pleasure of working with Pat Mullen at General RV in Mt. Clemens for several RV purchases. The latest one is a Thor Hurricane 35M. Pat spent a considerable amount of time with us showing us many different units to help with our decision. Larry Walch also made the financial side of the process effortless. He secured the financing very quickly. Big thanks to the General RV team in Mt. Clemens!!

We have had our trailer in for service since July 10. We have called Alec and both Service Managers. Alec does not answer the phone unless we have him paged. Alec is now not responding to emails. Three MONTHS later, we still have no idea when service will be complete, or even if it has been stated. Two weeks ago we learned that they hadn't ordered all parts to complete the job. I asked to speak to General Manager and or Owner, the switch board told me he does not have a phone extension or email address. We purchased our last two trailers from General RV. Our intention was to trade in this RV for an upgrade after service was complete.

Thank you Dustin and Steve for working hard to get us an awesome RV! Also thank you to the rest of the crew for an informative demo. Learned allot from those guys. Thanks again. When it's time to upgrade again, I know who I'll be looking forward to dealing with.

Got us out of our old camper and in to a new one really quickly. Incredibly nice and fairly priced. Will do anything and everything to help you. Very flexible as well.
