This is based on lies. This is NOT TRUE. Michelle or Joy runs criminal background checks on everyone who wants to live here. 
He's just mad at My husband and I for kicking him out for sexual abuse that Harley was doing to me behind his husband's back. Plus he distroyed the room that he was renting from us. My husband Will Schatz is and was never a child molester. He loves kids. Not in a sexual way. And he is not a fraud.

Will schatz is a fake fraud he says to everybody that he owns his own drywall and painting company but he really doesnt have one hes a fraud and he lives there don't trust or listen to him his address is 43618 east morgan court and hes selling it illegally and has a fat wife named denise schatz and hes a child molester dont go in there hes the number 1 child molester he rapped more than 30 kids and abused them his out of his whole life. This place its a rip off. Will asks people for money all he has is welfare checks and foodstamps he abuses. He doesnt really love his wife he uses her. He gets everything he wants for free if you see any vehicles in his yard don't except them or anything their stolen. Hes a drug dealer. If i were you dont go to that trailer park when hes there and his fat wife also help us get him evicted and and thrown on the streetsand get him thrown in jail for his crimes he committed plz help me thanks.

I love this place it is my number one place to be all the people that are at the front they know what to do and they help us this trailer park is not so bad at all so people that are mmaking mean comets should stop NOW IT IS MEAN !!!!!!!!!!!!😬😤😣😡

I've lived here for 14 years and its not that bad. Of course you have your trailer park drama on occasion but for the most part its safe and quiet! Your best bet is to not become too close to many people around here and the drama will stay awAy from you. The community is well kept and clean. Follow the rules and have respect for your community and neighbor's and you wont have much trouble from managment. You'll see some of these reviews by others are bias because they have let personal drama affect their opinion of the whole facility. Management may not always be a cup of tea so to speak but Michelle is always willing to try to work with you to improve your situation and she does take action when a complaint is made.
