I scheduled a time for them to come look at my roof for hail damage, they didn’t show up so I called again about a week later and scheduled another time. They showed up and left some materials about their products (because I wasn’t there during the inspection) and I didn’t hear from them again so I called and asked if they were going to send me their findings and a quote, they said yes and I never received it. Followed up once, left them a voicemail about it and still nothing.
