guy walks up without greeting, asks me if i want the #2 wash. i say yes, and then he asks if i also want it wiped down inside. i look at him confused, "isn't that included for $17?" he says something that suggests he was speaking of extra wipe down/detail, and i decline - "no, nothing extra. just the #2 wash." four or five people working on my car, and my dash is hardly wiped down at all when i get in. i have a hatchback, and though i saw them open it, the inside of my back window was not cleaned at all. i thought it might be a fluke, but there's a review below stating the exact same experience! what a bummer. (the girl working the cash register was sweet,  though.)

I was able to get my car interior detailed and seats shampooed and exterior cleaned (not quite full detail) on my extremely disgusting, child crumb ridden car in an hour. They did a great job! Paid close attention to the areas I indicated (seats) and I felt like I walked out with a new car. I paid $180 and it was worth every penny.

I either do the cheapie wash or the hand wash n wax. Both have been what I needed for my 4 wheeled baby. No issues and while the owners are keen to up sell they are also well able to take No for an answer. Best to come early in the day, before 10am.

Worst place to go !! This place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. They hard sell you into buying a coupon book of 10 washes or a vehicle waxing. Beware and count the coupons when you purchase them, mine was short a couple coupons. Inspect your vehicle carefully when it's finished, The grill and front bumper on my truck still had numerous splattered bugs all over it and I paid for a "Supreme" wash !!! I have a coupon left, but I will NOT return to use it.

Used to be okay, not great. Now, since new ownership, it's bad. The guy who runs the place actually asked me if I wanted my car wiped down inside. $21 and he wants to know if I want my car wiped down inside.  After I say, of course I do, the nav screen and dash aren't waiped down. Really?
