I put my car in when it was rush time so I went to Chipotle nearby so I could grab something to eat so I wouldn't be just waiting around. Big MISTAKE! CAME BACK AFTER EATING AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN VACUMMED MY CAR! When asked why they said they couldn't give me a answer. Told them if they could hold the other cars because I was there before all of them and they didn't want to do it. I mean at least make up for your mistake. Don't take your car here. Customer service really bad.

My wife took our family SUV to the car wash this morning right after dropping the kids off at school. Once the wash was over the passenger driver's side door won't open from the outside. I called the manager after she tried to come to a solution to it. Once I got the guy on the phone he told me that the vehicle wasn't damaged by them and that it was broken before we showed up. Funny, my wife just dropped off the kids and opened that same door, worked 30 minutes before the car wash. I find it hard to believe my pregnant wife could slam and break the door handle. Absolute joke, brand new vehicle, thanks rancho Del oro car wash, you suck. Please if you value your vehicles avoid their services.
