Thank Genisys credit union! A special thank you to every employee that worked on my business account to get me deposits I has missed!!! A Huge Thank you Amy Hester for taking your morning yesterday and helping me open some new accounts. Every employee at Genisys credit union in Fenton you are all greatly appreciated!!! Thank you again for all your hard work :)

Usually I am pretty content with Genesis and have banked with them for many years. The test of a good bank/credit union is when something happens to your account.  One day I was called about some unauthorized transactions. Of the 5, 4 were bad. There was no option on the phone when they called to say which was good, which was bad. It was all or nothing, so I had to call the branch. They turned my card off and told me I had to come in for a new one. I said I live kind of far and she said it could be mailed but wouldn't get there for 7-10 days.  I said I work during the branch hours and by the time I get there it would be closed. I asked if it could be expedited and she said it would be $80.00!?!  Good Lord!  If you can make it in an instant at the branch, why charge 80.00?  Needless to say if that's how it's going to be, I will be looking for another credit union. Highly irritating...
