Great staff, very helpful and the building looks great.  They offered $300 to try them and after I signed up, discovered that they fail to meet the industry standard of withdrawing $500 out of the ATM. For a bank with lousy weekend and night hours, I found his unacceptable. I called and they told me my account has to be active a year before they allow $500 withdrawals. I will be closing my account after it has been open 180 days required to keep the $300 and going to a bank that isn't scared of people making a $500 withdrawal instead of $400. I tried them, they failed. I want my money when I want it but at least I made $300 for my efforts in looking for a proper bank. Glad I didn't have time to close out my other account before discovering they are too pathetic properly service their atm customers. Otherwise, the staff seems like good people and the building looks nice and modern. Not like your grandpas bank.
