I had a broken tooth extracted here when I was sixteen and have been absolutely terrified of dentists ever since. Dr. Williams was extremely uncaring about my comfort, he numbed my gum and then proceeded the firmly yank away at the tooth (very uncomfortably) and as it broke off piece by piece, the fragments of tooth were falling into my throat and gagging me, he didn't even notice. He then told me I could eat some soup 3-4 hours later, needless to say my mouth bled profusely for 16 STRAIGHT HOURS because the damage to my gums was so extreme, I had to wake up every hour that night and replace the gauze until it finally stopped. This experience made me NEVER want to go back to ANY dentist. "Gentle Dental"? I THINK NOT.

What a great first visit, great staff, relaxed environment and a very knowledgeable and great dentist. Dr. Williams was the best try them out you will not be sorry. Harold Wilkins
