There's only a few good people at this place that will provide you with a good experience. The dental staff that actually does the work do a great job but not all of them provide excellent caring customer service.

 Sheila is the best that they have there when it comes to a dental hygienist!! I always appreciate her kindness and support. She deserves a raise!

I have been going to Gentle Dental for several years now since I moved to Arizona and have been to several different offices and had several different hygienist, but no one can top the professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care that Sheila the hygienist at this office provides. I have never felt more comfortable going to the dentist, knowing that Sheila will be truthful about what is wrong or what I may need, while providing the best care and educating me about my teeth and how to best take care of them. I have learned more about how to take care of my teeth from Sheila in one appointment than I have from all my years of going to the dentist. I can't think of anyone else that I would rather go to and will continue to go to Sheila as long as she is at Gentle Dental. If you are in search for a genuine and amazing hygienist, go see Sheila! You won't regret it!

The Dental hygienist, Sheila, is the nicest and most gentle hygienist I have ever met...and truly the most knowledgeable of all hygienist I've been in contact with. She is truly a reflection of the Dentist office name, Gentle Dental. All of the workers make you feel comfortable and right at home. They treat you like a close friend or family. Being new to Phoenix, they made me feel like I have lived here my whole life. If you are shy or scared of dental work, this is where you want to come so that you are at ease (No judgement zone). I also like the fact that they show me the amount of money expected, before getting the dental work done. As long as I am living in Phoenix, this is my dentist office!!

No option for zero Stars, but I'll tell you right now that's what I rate them. All they want is money and will try for the most expensive treatment plan they can, even if that means telling you you need to go see a surgeon to get an extraction. That's what they told me and I went back to my normal dentist and got the extraction without a problem. This is a terrible dentist and I will not return or recommend ever. Save your money, go to anywhere else.

They denist said I needed a crown so, they put a temp in... So dentist put the crown I was actully going to have in perment, and I said can't afford it at this time. But went ahead did it  anyways came out to b I was having "pains' from that crown so I went back told them having bad pain, they took x-rays dentist said crown didn't fix it tooth still had tiny crack going to need root canal WHAT went to front desk 
Randel said, I was NOT going to have to  pay for the crown cause did'nt fix the problem also my Wife called and talk to Randel front desk 
He explained what was going HE also SAID and TOLD My Wife did not need pay for the crown, 2weeks later I receive a bill saying I own 480.00 for the crown so I called ask for Randel to see what's going on they were giving me the run around
When I finally got ahold of Randel he deind everything said he never said that to my wife also... Rate Gental dental 0 it all bout money to them 35th and Union hills phoeinx Az lies. Don't recommend them for anyone...
