I've been seeing Dr. Gerard and his staff for over 10 years now. I'm very impressed with how his offices have kept up with current technology. Since I'm so busy i do like the fact that I can be notified of appointments through text and email. I've had my teeth cleaned, filled, extracted and I've had 2 implants. i was very worried about these procedures. but, when i smiled I had a big hole in my mouth. Dr. Gerard assured me that I would be happy with the results. After a few somewhat painless appointments, I received my new permanent teeth. It's a great feeling to smile with confidence once again. THANKS, to Dr. Gerard and his team!

Would never go back based on how I was treated. On one appointment they let me leave knowing I had antibiotic visible throughout my mouth knowing I had to go back to work. On another appoinment, they had the time incorrect. From the initial appointment, I informed them i work 5 jobs so scheduling is very difficult. They said they would work with me if I called them. I did and they told me I would be charged and my warranty was void if I didn't make the appointment.  I'm so disappointed. I paid a couple thousand dollars and would never recommend this place to anyone.  Oh and they said everything was covered and then sent me a bill.  Awesome.

Dr Gerard is by far the best I have EVER gone to! the staff is friendly! I feel comfortable knowing I'm in a place that I can trust with something like my teeth that I have struggled for so long with. I use to have horrible tooth pains and teeth were chipping, it was so bad. Now I'm happy with how my teeth are coming out,I still have ways to go BUT by far the best my teeth have ever looked & felt! Thank you Dr. Joe Gerard

As long as you're ok with ONE option for tons of money, you'll be ok..   front desk person (short blonde hair and freckles) seemed a little passive aggressive and when I requested just the bare minimum be done rather than their "warrantied" all inclusive dental plan she kept saying "what do you mean" and "I dont understand" when she clearly understood what I was asking..    People have options and there are  A LOT of dentists out there.   ohh and be prepared as soon as you get there for them to shove and camera in your face and tell you to smile.. just what I wanted with tooth pain.  She almost didnt take NO for an answer and kept taking pics of me to get a "good" one.  This should be told to patient prior and patient should be given option of picture or not.

I refer everyone to Dr Gerard. He and his staff have taken great care of all of us. He is friendly, professional, cares about his patients, and truly loves what he does. I can't say enough good things about him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
