I really enjoy the staff at Gental Dental. Ashley is a great hygienist who makes the experience very positive. Dr. Kyle renewed my faith in having a strong smile, and the ladies at the front are very sweet and easy to work with for appointments, insurance, and billing. Unfortunately I don’t know everyone’s names yet but I’m sure I’ll get them soon with all of the work they are doing to fix my children’s smiles as well. Always a pleasant experience.

We were visiting in OR from AZ and I came in for a chip jammed between my gum and tooth. Dr Kyle and the entire staff made me feel welcome and valued. They were aware of my every need. They truly live up to "gentle". Dr Kyle found a cavity, verified by picture, that 4 other dentists missed last March when other work was done elsewhere. Thank you, Dr Kyle, for being so insightful and thorough.

Dr Kyle and Krystal are the best!  and the entire staff are very friendly, i highly recommend this clinic! I had issue with my bridge and veneers but Dr Kyle and Kystal did a great job by making sure i will recieve in on time. Thanks so much Dr Kyle and Krystal ❤️

1st checkup at this office. Very informative, thorough and friendly staff. Both reception staff were extremely helpful while remaining completely professional. Fastest xray and diagnostics ever! They have all the latest equipment and even asked me if I would mind looking at the photos and x-rays while the dentist explained his diagnosis and plan for my teeth.

Moved to Portland the first of the year and made an appointment for the bi-annual x-rays and cleaning as I have done in multiple locations for the past 35-years.  Transferred dental records and scheduled a Saturday AM appointment to avoid missing work.  Went last Saturday, they took panoramic x-rays and photos.  The dentist said, as usual, that my teeth and hygiene were good.  Also noted that he was sure that I had heard that before.  He was right.  He pointed out the cleaning that needed to be performed which  I assumed would be next.  Bad assumption.  In lieu of completing the cleaning, I now had to schedule another appointment for the cleaning?  That's a first.  Now the next available Saturday is two month's out so I scheduled for this morning, forcing me to get this done during the workday.  Frustrating but doable.  This morning the hygienist performs the periodontal check and notes that there are a couple of areas that require "deep cleaning" that might not be covered by insurance.  Another first.  Sure enough, the administrator visits to let me know it will be $243 to complete the "deep cleaning".  I refuse and ask them to complete the standard cleaning covered by my insurer, 'Delta Dental'.  The hygienist returns as says "I cannot legally or ethically clean your teeth without the deep cleaning".  I call bullshit and walkout.  Avoid wasting your time and money at Gentle Dental.
