The Office Staff at Gentle Dental in Topsham is completely incompetent. My employer changed dental insurance providers and they billed the wrong insurance provider. My wife went there and physically handed them a copy of the new insurance card. They then proceeded to fail over YEARS to properly bill the insurance company. We both called on multiple occasions and left messages. They never bothered to return our calls. Even when my wife managed to get a hold of someone there, they were still unable to properly bill the insurance company. After 3 years they have turned over our bill to a collection agency. If you want incompetence in billing at it's finest be sure and choose Gentle Dental.

I have had allot of work done in the past by dentist that's I don't think should be dentist.o have allot more work to be done and these people and doctors have been the best from when you walk in .These people really care and like what they do!I know I would not go anywhere else to have work done.

True to their name, they were gentle with me. Previous dentist was just trying to sell things and was rudely insensitive to my pain and experience. This team was thoughtful, creative, and so respectful of my previous experience - happy to educate me, work with my situation, and help me have a positive experience this time. SO thankful!

The wonderful people at Gentle Dental make a trip to the dentist an experience to appreciate. They are friendly and professional, making every visit comfortable and easy. I highly recommend them!
