I have had many procedures here from extractions to bone transplants. All my procedures have been done by Dr. Gallop. Rick has been his assistant. They have always treated me with respect and compassion. I can’t say enough good about these two men...we’ve gone through a couple of tough visits. My discomfort was kept to a minimum. They kept checking with me to make sure I was okay or did I need a break. Always it’s explained to me what’s going to happen. They’re awesome. I trust them completely.
I do agree with other reviews that the office help are not friendly but I’m not rating them. They are the least part of my visit.

Yeah dentist may be nice. But sent me home with NO pain medication. My mouth and jaw hurt like crazy. Luckily MY doctor was understanding enough to help me out and fill a script. I've been there twice before and they gave me stuff but now they don't? Unbelievable. I'd give negative stars if it were possible.

If I could give this place 0 stars... I would. Everything everyone on here is saying about customer service is absolutely true. Whoever they have working in the office, quite frankly, sucks, and is incredibly rude. I got some work done here years ago, and when I needed more done I asked my dentist office to refer me here, because they were alright to deal with last time. WHAT A MISTAKE. Trying to make an appointment is impossible. They claim they never got my referral, even though my dentist office called them to solve the problem and offer ways to get my xrays sent over to them(the referral fax was probably there,but the no personality jerk on the phone said that they were too busy to check the fax machine)...so she basically said there's no way to send them to her...and she doesn't know what to tell her and they won't make the initial appt without the xrays and referral. Well I have a paper referral..not good enough? Wow. I guess they don't want any business?! Just for her attitude I told my dentist office to forget that place and I'll be going somewhere else.

The dentist are great but there was this one women that was heavy set with blondish hair with gray in it i believe. Was not the nicest. I asked for pain meds as soon as i came to in so much pain its like the numbness wore off before i was even awake and she said that they dont do pain meds most places would have asked dentist and then gave answer. Plus its like she pushed me right out the door i could barley stand and she was like ok time to go. It took her and my husband just to getto the front then he all most had to carry me to the car.

I saw them a few years ago to have my wisdom teeth pulled.  They pulled two teeth and then decided to shave the tops of two of my wisdom teeth (which made no sense).  I've had severe pain from one of the teeth protruding through after they claimed it wouldn't.  Last year I was told I could see them again for an extraction given my fear of the dentist and I refused.  No other dentist has had any clue why they would have shaved the tooth down and not pulled it.  Go anywhere else but here.
