During May of 2017 I used Gentle Giant for my first move. The crew was friendly, and they moved at a fast pace. While they unloaded the truck at my new residence, I noticed my daughters high chair was damaged, I didn't even bring it up to them as she no longer needed it. However, fast forward to today I went to adjust my daughters crib as it started to squeak for the first time, and I noticed the screws were completely stripped because a power tool was used on it. You are not supposed to use a power tool, but a standard Allen wrench. Now I need to contact the manufacturer, to hopefully get replacement parts. 

NOTE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS ON CRIBS!!!

Very professional, they worked with me changing the quote. The movers were great, they had our house cleared out in no time. I almost didn't go with a moving company after a bad experience with another company. They helped through a stressful move, will recommend them to friends.

Alex and his crew of Brandon and Alex were outstanding. They were so professional and helpful. Even when I asked them to move the same thing twice their answer was always "of course, no problem".  I don't give 5 stars very often because nothing is perfect but these guys were excellent!!

The three gentlemen that did our move worked tirelessly and were respectful of our items.  They problem solved to make sure they were successful with transporting the furniture we had.  Very pleased.  The Bucks of Salem, NH

The team was amazing. We haven't been able to say enough positive things.

We moved during an unexpected April storm, and our move was very unique to include 4 different locations to move.

The boys were careful, kind, patient, and above all were always hustling.  Jim was our foreman and he led the team flawlessly. He was conscious of what we wanted where, timing, and quality. They never complained and they were willing to go above and beyond. Such an amazing experience for what is usually such a painful process.

We have been recommending them to friends and realtors since. Thank you so much gentlemen!!!
