We stored our whole entire household belongings in this storage facility for 15 months.  We closed on our new house and went to pick up our furniture, on sept 24th 2016.  As we started to unpack our storage unit we noticed a strong smell and started seeing mouse droppings and urine trails.  As we got further into our unit we realized the devastation to our whole unit.  All of our furniture, couches, chairs, 10+ wardrobe boxes, 30+ kitchen and household boxes were covered in mouse feces and urine.  After numerous calls to the company we are still waiting on a promised phone call from the owner.  We returned yesterday to take our washer and dryer and a few more items we left there.  The manager Wesley took pictures and as my husband was videoing the unit showing the infestation of mice, we opened our clothes washer to find a decomposing mouse inside.  The manager said "oh, i dont want to touch anything".  We had dead mice all through dresser drawers.  It has been absolutely devastating and disgusting!!  Please if anyone is looking to rent a storage unit stay away from WHY SELF STORAGE IN MERRIMACK, BEST BUY SELF STORAGE IN MANCHESTER, CONCORD LOUDON SELF STORAGE IN CONCORD, BEDFORD SELF STORAGE IN BEDFORD, WHY SELF STORAGE IN DERRY.  THE OWNER DENNIS PROULX HAS STILL NEVER REACHED OUT TO US.  NO ONE FROM HIS COMPANY SEEMS TO CARE WE HAVE LOST ALMOST ALL OF OUR HOUSEHOLD BELONGINGS.
