Just took my brand new truck through the wash. When I got home I noticed that I had sctraches all over the truck, dried wax discolored the paint in spots, a orange substance on the paint. Went right back and the guy tells me there is no way that happened from the car wash and I need to talk to Chevy. The truck is brand new and had zero stratches before i took it there. The employee said people always say that and refused to let me talk to anyone. Even accused me of putting something on the paint after I left and came back which was 5 minutes. To top it off it is still not even clean. I am trying to talk to a manager or owner but employees are not letting that happen. So frustrated. Do not take your vehicle to this place because it will tear up you car and then you will be out of luck because they have zero customer service. Shady business for sure. And yes I did speak with a paint shop and they said it is for sure from that car wash.

I have been going there for years. They just got new equipment. First time through with the new equipment there were deep scratches and swirls all over my new truck. The employees admitted that it looks like a car wash did it but not theirs... that is the only car wash the truck has ever been through. They just told me I can't prove it. When I asked for the owners number they refused to give it to me. I went back several times looking for a manager or the owner. They told me they couldn't give the number out. The car wash did hundreds if not thousands of damage to my beautiful truck and they did nothing to even try and fix it. 

Avoid at all costs.

Rear wiper was broken of my Car, scartches all around. They didn’t even wiped the water on windscreen properly.

My car came out looking like a new car! Workers at the car wash extremely  polite! They do an excellent  job !  I will continue  to  get my car washed there. Plus they offer evry type of service you choose with fair prices!
