Geoff has aways been fair to me when we have spoken, but the people he has working for him just beat around the bush are unreliable.  Unfortunately, these are the people you always deal with when you have insurance with this agent.  I had several issues with my auto insurance with them, and the main lady I worked with (My-Lein) did an awful job at trying to make things right.  She was oblivious, claiming "my work email hasn't been working recently" when I asked her why she had not responded to any of my emails about the issue.  It was a no brainer she was making up excuses for not wanting to deal with the issues.  When I finally cornered her on the phone about it, she claims she didn't even remember ever knowing about the issue. I spoke with her more than 10 times about the issue!  I ended up changing to another State Farm agent locally.  Too many frustrations and a ton of time wasted trying to deal with incompetent staff.
