So for Christmas my brother gave my fiancé and I a gift card to try out the burger bar! We were super excited to go an try it out. Dinner and a movie, we called a head the girl who answered the phone rudely said no reservation and 25 minute Waite and hung up. We got there the place is nice we waited only like 10 minutes, server was friendly, dinner was delicious. The bill comes out and we are told "there gift card machine is down." How does that happen? How do you sell gift cards if you don't take them! Completely insane! We will not be back! Hopefully the one in RVC is better ran.

I love this place. I had take out for lunch. I wish they had delivery. The food is good. The fries dipping sauce is out of this world. The disc, french fries are amazing. The shakes are good but small for the price you pay.

Really great food, especially the appetizers. Good beer selection. That said the prices are way up there especially for such poor service. Went at 5 on a Saturday, was mostly empty yet the many employees were more interested in hanging around behind the bar talking to each other and texting on their cell phones. Every time we needed our waiter he was nowhere to be found or he was behind the bar socializing with the other employees, he only appeared to be waiting on one other table and he was not attentive to them either. By the time we left the place was almost full and the employees were still spending most of their time talking to each other. We could not even get our table cleared. By the time we left some of our appetizer plates, all of our drink glasses, empty beer cans/bottles, etc were piled high on the table.

We went here for the 1st time about 3 weeks ago. We ordered the Black Jack burger which is delicious!.Halfway through eating, a server comes out with onion rings that we didn't order. So, after telling him those are not ours and figuring out who they belong to, we get the check with the onion rings on it! Fast forward to tonite, we again order 2 Black Jack burgers, Brussel sprouts, and a bacon burger. We get a check for $154!! So we go over the check to see that we were charged for an addt'l burger and 2 orders of Coconut shrimp. We bring it to the attention of the waitress who takes the check from us to take care of it. She comes back and tells us that she combined 2 tables checks together. no apology.How does this happen to the same person in a 3 week period? I think their system of how the orders are taken and processed needs to be looked into. So who ordered the shrimp and were they charged as well?

Terrible service, The waiter with dark hair and a nose ring made it such an unpleasant experience. When she first came over she didn't start us out with anything to drink,and I had a question about one of the menu items then she answered it and walked away while I was ready to order.. twice I will definitely not recommend or come back
