Story

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Massapequa Park, NY is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it’s always Friday.

The place was half empty, yet we waited for a few mins to be seated (it's ok), drinks came kinda quick but then... waited 40 mins to be even approached and asked for our order, we had to ask ourselves. It took forever, the steak was ordered medium well, came out burnt. They gave us another one, better but not great. Terrible service, no reason no wait that long with the place half empty...

75% of this place is empty. Our waiter didnt take our drink order or even show his face til 45 minutes in. Then kept dissapearing. All we ordered was endless apps and it took an additional 35 minutes to get the first round. Ordered the second round thats now going on 20 minutes... manager was asked to come to our table 15 minutes ago no sighting yet of her.

Worst burger I ever ate.... four of us ordered medium cheeseburgers and they were all burnt to a crisp... there isn’t enough “special sauce” in the world to disguise the aweful taste. Save your money and go to five guys for a much better burger!

Appetiteto came out burnt. The Which is all you what appetite of you ordered. Was not happy with the service

If I could rate this no stars I would. Last night I had came to fridays with my mother in law and our waitress name was Tiffany.. we were first approached by I believe a host and she got out our drinks. Then waited another 20 minutes to be approached by this Tiffany and right away we had problems with her. She apologized for taking so long but when taking our order we had to constantly repeat what we ordered and then 30 minutes later our food came out cold.. great.. then as we continued to order out endless app it took 30 minutes for each app to come out as we sat there and watched other people's endless apps go to them first.. towards the end Tiffany was giving us attitude and threw the check at us when requested so we paid the exact amount and left 15cent tip for such poor service will never go there again
