When you've been looking around, then sitting waiting, for 30 minutes and a salesman from the back introduces himself and opens with "Are you guys tired of being ignored yet?"  Well, I gather you know you're not going to get great service.  However, Brandon did provide good service, but you could tell his teammates were a bunch of crony former used car salesman types.  That's not a compliment by the way.  Hope he's on commission as I know I spent the most money of anyone in the store at the time of my visit being I dropped over $1100 on a new tub and fixture in 10-15 minutes, once I got service.  

And then they don't communicate with you that your delivery will not arrive in the morning as scheduled, or rather, not even the same day.  And I had to make the phone call to find that out, not the other way around.  That's just another sign of lousy customer service.    They only get three stars because they do carry quality products, otherwise this would be a 1.5-2 at best.  George Morlan, the VA of customer service.

They just failed on a faucet order also and didn't get it delivered because someone dropped the ball.  Again, the only reason I use this outfit is that they carry high quality products, their service is lousy.  I wonder how they stay in business operating this way.

Needed a cartridge for an older Moen Roman Tub Faucet. Moen online Customer Service was absolutely worthless, even directed me to buy the wrong cartridges.  Walked in to Morlans and showed Robin at the parts counter what I had. She promptly handed us the proper cartridges.  No way you can beat that kind of service.

Went here to ask for help in replacing an unidentifiable shower handle. Was helped at first by one of their staff. Midway through "researching" what part I might need to fix it, some other guy walks up and asks a question. 

Dude helping me promptly forgets about me and starts dealing with this other guy. I figured "Hey, maybe it's gonna be a minute to get that guy some help because it's quick, and he'll be back with me." Nope. 10 minutes of standing around waiting and being ignored and I figured I had enough. I left. 

So thanks for that, guess I'll be using the internet for help from now on. If you know exactly what you want I suppose this is the place to go. If you need someone to take 5 minutes out of their day to help you, probably look elsewhere.
