This was the first time I had ordered from George Thomas Florist, but it won't be my last if the need should arise again. Thank you for the beautiful flowers and gift basket. My granddaughter loved them both. I did see several other girls at the Indiana State Fair Pageant with flowers and they were just as beautiful. Thank you so much!

George Thomas florist was amazing and I can't recommend them enough. I had a horrible experience with one of those national flower chains that failed to deliver flowers to my moms job 3 times. I called George Thomas and ordered flowers and they were really helpful and concerned about doing a really good job for me since I had such trouble in the past. The beautiful flowers were delivered the next day and my mom loved them. When sending flowers BUY LOCAL, and I would highly recommend George Thomas.

I ordered a wind chime on line to be sent to a local funeral home. Shortly after placing the order I received a phone call from George Thomas telling me they did not have that specific chime. I discussed the various options with the woman on the phone and decided on another one. When I arrived at the funeral home, I realized the one that I had ordered was NOT the one that had been delivered. The family was fine with the one they received, but, I did not like it as much as what I had ordered. I am disappointed that I not only was I unable to get the original one (which said was in stock,) but, the 2nd chime I ordered was not delivered either. Thanks! After posting this review, I was contacted by the owner of George Thomas apologizing for the confusion and offering partial compensation to me. The family that received the chime decided to keep them, so, partial compensation was more than fair in my opinion. I had a question and was called more than once by one of their executives to help me out. I am now a very happy customer and very pleased with their willingness to "fix" my concern. I will definitely be using George Thomas again for my floral or gift needs. Thanks so much for making a "not so good" situation into a "good one."

I had a co-worker who lost a family member and needed to order flowers on short notice. George Thomas Florist web site was super easy to navigate, offered many extra features like a personalized card and a photo of the actual arrangement be for it is sent. I loved getting the photo and the arrangement they sent looked even better then the picture that was on line. The family receiving the flowers said they were buetiful and the delivery person was very professional, offering their condolences as well. Can not say enough.

Really great! I ordered flowers and a balloon to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Knowing that it's a busy holiday I was expecting a few bumps in the road, but the delivery was 100% on time and the flowers were even better than in the picture. Reasonably priced and great product. Would definitely buy from them again.
