I order a birthday arrangement for my daughter in Jan 2018; they delivered a beautiful, but incorrect bouquet, which I'm certain is something that RARELY occurs for them. I called them and nicely explained the error. They created a new, correct arrangement and delivered it the same day to my daughter - but what really impressed me is how they went all out and made sure the corrected bouquet was perfect and even better than what I expected! It was truly one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. Big ups to Oberer's for friendly staff, same day correction, and making sure the new bouquet was perfect and beautiful. Fantastic florist, highly recommended!

Oberer's Carmel is my go to florist for personal and business needs. The flowers are always fresh and gorgeous. The excellent customer service is important but equally important to me is the pricing - Oberer's is the best bang for my buck hands down. Their arrangements have always been well received. High quality products at affordable prices!

I have been a long time customer since they opened in Carmel. The quality of each flower arrangement and plant is amazing. The arrangements last for weeks. The online web specials are a tremendous savings and look beautiful. I love that I can walk in and buy any type of flower arrangement from the cooler at a great price. Oberer's is my go to florist for everything. My niece is even using them for her wedding. Excellent quality, helpful florists, great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I ordered flowers from the Louisville location to be delivered to family visiting in the area at the time. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the order and I was left unsatisfied. I put the details in my review at that location. The store manager Barb, called to apologize for the mistakes. She was very lovely. The fact is, this is business and no one's perfect, but Barb went above and beyond to make things right. That seems to be a dying quality in customer service these days. I really, really appreciated it. I had no idea there was an Indianapolis location, but she was able to deliver a fresh bouquet of flowers and it was amazing. Their flowers are beautiful, the ordering is easy and Oberer's will be my go-to for flowers in the Indianapolis and Louisville areas! I highly recommend them.

I love Oberer's.  They always do a great job accommodating special requests where other florists will not!  Recently I had a special request to make a corsage for my daughter's dance and went to 2 other florists that were closer to my house and they both said they wouldn't make it same day since they were 'too busy'.  Finally drove to Oberer's which is out of my way and they made it while I waited.  It's a corsage so it only takes like 3 minutes.  Always happy with the service I get from them!
