We just got back from a two-week vacation in Thailand.  We went with George Thompson to Bangkok to visit his factory, so we could see up close how my wife’s beautiful custom-made Sapphire-Diamond white-gold ring was designed, created, and fabricated.  George gave us the VIP tour, explaining every manufacturing step, and process involved in the making of his beautiful jewelry designs.  We even watched the sorting of diamonds by size, color, clarity, and quality by his highly skilled staff.  His ingenious on-sight 3D computer program can display any white or yellow gold design in any size, color, and gemstone in virtual reality with the press of a few keystrokes.  His designer demonstrated how my wife’s ring became a reality just by retrieving her data.  He is a true artist, and master.  It was a magical moment for both of us.  We took a lot of pictures around the factory, and even got George in a few with us.  We love the family atmosphere of the staff both in the Bangkok factory, and in the amazing Camarillo store with its magnificent enormous selection of breathtaking settings and gems.  We get warm greetings as best friends even when we just drop in to say hello, and have our rings cleaned. My husband and I have been married for 17yrs come October. We've been searching for the past 6 months for the perfect bridal set that was also within our budget. We've searched in Santa Maria and on a recent family trip to Orlando, FL. This past weekend (5/30/15) we decided to travel to Camarillo (2hrs South of our home), we arrived as the doors opened and we were greeted by Sue! Sue asked in detail what we were looking for, she is very informative and took time to make sure we were completely satisfied. The selection at George Thompson is not like any other jewelers I've seen. I am very particular in what I want my ring to look like and the one, the perfect one was here! My ring was sized and set within a few hours! Customer service and satisfaction is their #1 priority. I highly recommend Sue and the staff at George Thompson. EXCEPTIONAL!

George Thompson says he guarantees the following:

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
2. Thirty Day Lowest Price Money Back Guarantee

Unfortunately, he will not honor those guarantees and you will pay much more for your jewelry. 

I learned I paid double the price other retailers offered the same wedding band I purchased at George Thompson and he would not accept the return within the 30 day guarantee period. The ring was perfectly fine and no where do they advertise any stipulations about their return policy prior to purchase.

The wedding band I purchased was to replace one that I had lost. I originally purchased my wife's wedding ring set at George Thompson 6 years ago.

I will never return to George Thompson and I will warn all others to look elsewhere.

I urge anyone who goes to George Thompson to compare prices before making a purchase, you could save yourself hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Robert is the best!!! I had my wedding band welded together. The workmanship is excellent and nice selections. Prices are fair too...
