I have been here multiple times. The doctors are very helpful and kind and reasonably priced. I recommend them to everybody.

Dr. William TenHaaf is the absolute best all around Doctor that I've ever had. And, being that of 46 years old and having to have several inpatient surgeries, I've seen a vast variety of doctors, specialists, and have visited all three of the main hospitals here in town. Nonetheless, having been a patient of numerous doctors in my days of surgeries, general practice, child labor, and more; I can honestly say, that none have compared to the excellent, knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate care I've received from Dr. William TenHaaf, as his patient for the past four-five years!  He far surpasses the term "general" care!

I am only now getting a bill for more than I would normally pay from last June. They also only billed one insurance after I had to drive all over the day I had to go there becaues my doctors office was closed and I need medical care. I won't be going here again.

The absolute most caring and sincere Doctors our family has ever met, this goes for all of them at the clinic, we have been going with our 5 children for 17 years now and have only wonderful things to say about these gentlemen, the nurses and office staff are also wonderful.

The staff was friendly (besides the doctor that laughed at my injury of a severely sprained ankle) but the issues after my visit are what I had a problem with.  

They decided to not bill my insurance until over 6 months after my appointment.  When I visited in July I had dual insurance, but by the time they billed it in January I only had one.  They tried charging me a couple hundred dollars for something that I normally would not have a co-pay for, or only a $10-20 co-pay.  They battled with my insurance for several months and finally they said it was all taken care of.  

That was false.  I have just now settled this issue that took 2 years longer than it should have.  Do not go here unless you want a long financial battle.
