This is by far the BEST Urgent Care I have ever been to.  Great care and the full time doctor on staff is absolutely fantastic!  Friendly support staff and very nice building.  If I could give it an extra star I would!

Very impressed with this urgent care! My wait was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was wonderful and friendly. The NP that treated me was prompt, listened to my concerns, and was friendly and professional. I will most definitely recommend this urgent care facility top my friendsand family!

I arrived to MedExpress well before closing time, had a very long wait, and was charged for "after hours" treatment despite leaving only minutes past 8. They acted annoyed about the volume of patients they had, and didn't appear to take my concern seriously. 

I saw the doctor for approximately 3 minutes, and was charged $210 for his time. Additionally, I was not screened on certain questions which would have ruled out a pregnancy test...and then I was charged when they completed two without my consent. They also sent my specimen to the lab without asking and charged me for that. 

If you need urgent care, go to a facility that tailors their medical exams to patient needs and is more transparent about costs.

Terrific experience. My wait time was less than 10 minutes and the check in process was a breeze. The RN and Dr. Van Wormer were absolutely fantastic in straightforward communication and hospitality. The facility is wonderfully designed and clean. MedExpress-Jenison is truly a welcoming and professional clinic that has my recommendation to anyone in need of medical care.

I came in to get a large cyst drained. I was very nervous and insecure and admit I am not the best patient. Dr. VanWormer was so kind and lightened the mood and made me feel much more relaxed. I really appreciated this. I will definitely go back whenever needed. The nurse, lab tech, and front desk were all very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this clinic. I rarely leave reviews, but felt so inclined as they all made this situation as good as it could be. Thanks MedExpress!!
