AWESOME MECHANICS!!!!! I have used Georgia Automotive Specialist many times.  I have always been treated more than fairly, and my cars have always been fixed perfectly!  I have had 2 cars over the years that have been nearly totaled, and Mau and Shane have worked tirelessly with my insurance adjusters to get my cars resorted to new!  They ALWAYS call and update me on the status of my car, and it is ALWAYS done in a timely manor.  I don't trust anyone else!  I will always drive out of my way to use them, the are THE BEST!!!!!!

From work they did a couple of weeks previous, they had removed the transmission fluid. They did not replace it, but returned the car. The car died and had to be towed. Surprise! The transmission needed to be replaced. They kept it and did not work on from 11/7/2003 until Summer of 2004. They tried to buy our car from us for cheap several times. Only under threat did they complete the job at the cost to us of $1619.22 (For USED parts). Even though they were at fault. We had the car towed to another mechanic who checked it over and found that the engine fan had been turned around and would have blown the engine had we driven it. This is not to mention the cylinder head for engine, head gasket, valve cover, gasket, intake manifold gasket and etc. totaling $1145.55 not too long prior to the transmission rebuilt. Or the brakes and etc. Every time the car went in, it came out worse.
 
This car had worked very well for 3-4 years...but these guys tried to tell us it was a Friday/Monday car ...as if they car was a lemon. It wasn't until THEY touched it. It has worked well for the last 5 they haven't seen it.
 
The worst of it all was the attitude of the workers. They didn't care and wouldn't work on it...then tried to tell us they were not working on it as a favor?!!
 
If you like your car, we would recommend you find a real (in our opinion) mechanic and avoid this place at all cost...or it will be at all YOUR cost!

These guys have no idea what they are doing. Dropped my wife's Saturn for a simple fixed and paid at he end $1,441. They replaced a fuel pump that should not be replaced, then they took the car to MaxiPrice to fix it because they were clueless. MaxiPrice fixed the BCM and the car was running normally. The bad thing that I endup paying for the fuel pump replacement. Avoid them at all cost. Just go to the dealer or other shop - you will save money.

Few years ago, I took my Acura TL there and had the same problem. Their fix lasted for a week - I had to go somewhere else to resolve the issue.

Please find another mechanic!!!!!!!!
