never in my life have i experienced such rude customer service. their printer wasnt working and they REFUSED to help me until the time of my appointment, and they forced me to reschedule my drivers test. they made me feel so stupid i was almost in tears.

I was in and out with a renewed license in less than 10 minutes. I pre registered online, and had all my documents ready. Customer service was awesome!

Horrible costumer service. They like to whisper about how much of a nuisance you are as a customer, and then shoo you out if you take even one minute over your appointment time. Terrible place, and they've screwed me over more then once at this point.

Horribly rude employees. I was polite from the minute I walked in the door and every person there snapped at me and was very harsh. I had questions and they treat me like an idiot.  Other questions, like specific forms, they didn't have answers. Had to go to the police station and court house for information they should have had at DMV.  Hope I never have to come back.

Unbelievable experience. I won't call anyone rude, but they aren't the friendliest..you will not be greeted with a smile or even a hello for that matter. Not even close. Also for anyone interested, you will not be allowed to "begin" your drivers test if you can't successfully master 3 back-up exercises. 1.) backing up in a straight line, 50 ft I believe 2.) parallel parking and 3.) backing into a parking space (?) 
The women's bathroom is beyond disgusting.
