When I came in this morning, I noticed how the staff entering the building for work were all very pleasant; which that's rare to find in the service industry. However, that didn't stop in the waiting area, it continued in the classroom as I began to file my UI claim. Mrs. Key was my guide, she displayed kindness, patience and a lovely smile that balanced her exceptional customer service!!!

The really should give us a half star option this place is so unprofessional. I called after getting a letter in the mail because it did not give more detailed information like it should have the person I was on phone with instantly had the worst attitude ever after I asked how she was doing today her response was how may I help you like she hated her job. Time stamp 2:45 once she tells me that I have to physically go into location which was 3:25 I’m told that the stop seeing people at 2:30 now if this is not the dumbest thing that could had been stated over the phone. Now while I’m talking to the clerk whom also had an attitude I noticed she just started calling of times I can come back so I asked if there was a copy of the list I could get she responded so dry yea I could but looked at me with the body language of I’m not giving you anything that was a waist of money and time taking a taxi 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back home.

The workers are rude and seem like they don’t want their jobs. Perhaps if they lost it they would realize it’s a blessing to have employment. Please beware when calling the customer Service center. The folks sound very unhappy that you are calling.

I don't usually leave the review. However, I want them to remind that they get paid by state taxes. unprofessional processing, unfriendly. since they lose all my paperworks after I attended for affidavit in decatur office, I haven't get paid benefit yet. They have never regreted or apologized for the matter that they made a mistake. Governor officer? someone wants to overuse their power to me. I had to come and repeatly filled out the exact same forms that I did before. what a waste my time and gas! 1.5hrs for my round trip. be careful! they can easily lose your paperwork or forget to collect some information from you.

Terrible! Bad attitudes and unhelpful. Uncaring and lazy. One more thing to hate about Georgia I wish I had never moved here
