I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing in order to properly claim benefits for my first time. I showed up 10 min before closing time on accident but everyone was very nice and was very willing to help even though they were ready to go home.  Thank you so much for all of your kindness.

Being at the unemployment office is already bad enough without having to deal with the idiots that work there. Your job is to help others find one not talk about the people in there. Going here for help is like the blind both trying to lead each other to water. You come out better looking things up yourself. Professional is a term out of their vocabulary.

They are no help, I took my son there to draw for the first time.No help had to go back 3 times and call even more. I guess there you dont have to work just show up.
