Terrible service. I don't feel like I have to humiliated because I am reaching out for my benefits. I dont know if the lady I seen woke up in a bad mood or what but from the time I walked into her cubicle she was very rude an treated me like I was 2 yrs old begging for candy. If you dont like your job retire. There are many of us who would love to do your work an help people get back on there feet. I will now go to another location if need be.

If I could give this office a 0 I would. Everytime I come here, the majority of them have an attitude and do not want to work with you. When one is trying to move forward with a career, or get a new position and the office staff make it hard or they rush you to leave because they are "ready" to go... home, it makes it hard. When you work in the social service field, you should treat people like more than just a number. You should not try everything you can to make it hard for folks to get their benefits! Give us our benefits, don't make our experience difficult, and be positive. That should not be hard. The fact that I am researching having to drive to another center, for a better experience that is further away from me is ridiculous!

Highly pissed my funds were cut off right before the holidays and they acted like oh well. All because there employees don't know how to do there freaking job. #Pissed and rude GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

From security to the manager everyone is helpful and knowledgeable of what's going on. They provide you access to computers when they are available, your wait time is not long at all. And it's kept clean at all times. Great place to find out what's available in your community when it comes to employment or filing for unemployment. It's my first time ever applying for unemployment and they helped me by answering all my questions. #AwesomePlace
