It was great while it lasted. The best memory I will have from there was working at the very last Falcons game played there, which was the NFC Championship against the Packers in January 2017. My brother in law, who was the biggest Falcons fan I ever known, passed before the season in August of 2016, on my sister's (his wife's) birthday. I knew that day, that no matter what, the Falcons was going to the Super Bowl. The night they won, I remember being so happy, and trying not to break down and cry. It took 18 years for the Falcons to make it back to the Super Bowl....the first time they went in the 1998-1999 season I was an 18 year old senior in high school. It was overwhelming to think about all the people I've known that passed in that time, my mom, her remaining sisters, my brother in law's mom, then him. The first time I ever went in the Georgia Dome was with my brother in law back in 2001 we was at a taping of Monday Night Raw, and every big star at the time was there.....great night. Life is a trip.

Like Georgia Dome better than the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium when it comes to seating comfort but prices of food and beverages was too high at the Dome.

I remember going to Olympic basketball when I was 8 years old, then performing on the field for marching band, selling pizza during Falcons games as well as all the events and games I've been to. And I've probably been in just about every room and Corridor in the building. I'm going to miss this place but more importantly I'll miss the non corporate-sponsored name, The Georgia Dome. 

I'll be sure to be there this fall when they bring her down with style.

I went here for monster jam the dome is an amazing place to experience it is now closed however if you did not get to experience anything at this dome you missed out it's big and the atmosphere is amazing. Thank you for the experience and I hope the Mercedes dome stands up to the experience here.
