My husband and I love this property. The swimming pool is really huge - I am swimmer and I can't wait for Summer to arrive and for me to start swimming! Plus, I love that they have arrangements for table tennis and fireplaces around the pool area plus TV screens. It's a great location. I would give a 4.7 stars out of 5. We are disappointed with the quality of washer dryers (stacked) provided in our apartment -which is a huge factor for us! The appliances -electric gas, dishwasher and fridge work great! Also, the bulbs fitted in the apartment consumes a lot of energy - so you will have to replace them! Overall, the apartment community is worth the rent we are paying for our 1 bedroom apartment! I have a bus stop right outside my apartment and I-75 when I driving!

I fell in love with Stadium Walk almost immediately. It's a great place to call home and I would highly recommend living here to anyone. To be greeted with a smile and treated with genuine concern and help is very inviting. The staff is amazing. Anna goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. She's efficient and well aware of her surroundings. Love her. Cleanliness is no issue for this facility. Beautiful floor plans and finishes, great amenities, and a central location to vast entertainment is impeccable. Not to mention the pet friendly community and affordable fees for my dog. I'm very satisfied to be part of the Stadium Walk apartment community.

I recently toured this property and the customer service is ridiculously amazing. Everyone stood and greeted me immediately. Even the manager greeted me with a hug and asked if i wanted some coffee or snacks. They also had a resident event transpiring and the staff really engaged with the residents, even though the office was busy. I felt recognized and like they cared about me and my needs. I am hoping to sign a lease soon if i relocate to Atlanta. I gave this property four stars because I haven’t moved in yet, but so far, so good.

January 28, 2018- Coming to tour with Stadium Walk was an experience. I got to your with Chanel and she was such a joy. I told her what I was looking for and she surely delivered. The application process was simple and quick and shortly after I was approved I heard from her associate who informed me I was approved and happily walked me through the next process.

February 13, 2018- Move in day was just that move in day. I signed my lease they gave me my keys and I began to move in. As soon as I walked into my apartment I saw a bag full of goodies and a sweet hand written note from Chanel. I didn’t expect that... it was definitely one to remember. Later that evening they were hosting what looked to be like a Valentine’s Day event. Chanel told me they held events regularly but to actually see one being held the day I moved in assured me they are true to their word and actually want to bond with us residents. 

Since moving in they have held 2 events (one being a charity event). I can’t express how much I truly love where I live. I don’t regret choosing Stadium Walk over the other places I toured I can’t even remember their names to be honest.

Do NOT move here. All of the free rent they're offering has brought the worst possible crowd you can imagine. While moving into my apartment my art was stolen. While unloading groceries, my groceries were stolen. These people are poor, living from dance to dance, deal to deal. Do NOT lock yourself into this lease. You will regret it. --- Please note, this has nothing to do with a false sense of security. These are not the type of people that typically live in this type of community. --- Not to mention the leasing staff... The amount they don't tell you by the time you sign the lease could easily fill 10 minutes and honestly determine if you would like to be a resident. They hold your packages hostage in the offices of staff members that are perpetually at lunch, off today, stepped away etc... despite having a very sophisticated package concierge system. And once a resident, no matter what you enter the office for, you are greeted with a tone I'd expect if i requested one of them vacuum my car... but not if I'm asking about/requesting something within the scope of the position for which they applied! They slide sarcasm into every response... I could go on, but... isn't that enough?
