They are lucky to get 1 star from me. This bookstore should get a negative star. 4th week of school and still waiting on my books. This is ridiculous and a waste of time and money. I called several times and have been getting the run around and placed on hold for hours until they hang up. Save your time, effort and grade by not purchasing from this book store.

How in the hell do I get an email from the GSU Bookstore informing me that my order is ready for pick up but then get told they don't have it and rudely swatted away by the employees!? I expected a higher level of accountability from a georgia state institution but I suppose the only guarantee you can get from this place is that they will definitely take your money. For those considering using this joint for your books....just do Amazon. It will save you a lot of stress.

Terrible service. I asked to special order an access code for SPECIFICALLY for WebAssign and the lady gave me an access code for and online version of the course's textbook which I ALREADY had in hard copy. Not only that, she was completely apathetic toward the whole process when making the order. I only found out she made the wrong order when the textbook company notified me that "my" eBook access order was ready. Avoid the bookstore at all cost. Everything else is completely overpriced (I once wanted to purchase a notebook smaller than an index card and it came to $21.73!); it's ridiculous.

I special ordered a book I needed for a class and  never recived a call or email about it, leading up to me never getting it and ultimately canceling my order.  When I called to see if they had my book in stock no one knew anything and told me to wait 4 more days in which i did. After 4 days passed I called again they said the book came in and it was  fully in stock so i came into the store to recive it that day. However, once i was actually there  and told one of the employees  what book I was coming in to pick up they said they never recived the shipment for the book and it wasn't there  , (yet i called twice that day to make sure that it was there and they reasured me it was!) i ended up canceling my order and getting it off amazon. What also didnt help was how rude some of the employees were.

WORST BOOKSTORE EVER. They are completely unorganized and are rude to customers. Books do not come in on time, they do not notify the buyer when the books come up and rarely offer refunds for their own mistakes. For an example of their incompetence, I was once told my books had not arrived when I could see the my ordered books in the box behind the counter. Regardless of the issue, they will blame the customer for the bookstore's own incompetence. Would recommend buying books literally anywhere else but here.
