To promote and enhance the quality of life and safety on the Georgia Tech campus through the delivery of superior parking and transportation services. To set the standards for parking and transportation excellence by utilizing cutting edge technology, customer driven solutions, professional and responsive staff, and clean, safe and well maintained equipment and facilities. To be financially self-sustaining as we upgrade and enhance our facilities and provide financial resources for future growth.

These cretins will give you tickets for parking at your place of work while their machines are broken, preventing you from paying. If you don't resolve *their* error fast enough, they prevent you from appealing—an arbitrary and indisputable process, if you can even manage to get their website to work in the first place—and can stop you from registering for classes or receiving a paycheck.

I personally feel like they deserve a brick through their window with an attached note that reads, "Find my phone number and call me in 1 nanosecond or less, or repair costs are on you", but they've made so much money off of poor students through this racket that I'm sure that even 100 such bricks wouldn't make a dent in their profit margin.

I would fire these people for abusing students and faculty alike. I wish I had this authority. They will ticket you even when you use your correct pass and you park in the correct parking lot. Useless department.

They seriously suck. You can park in a marked spot and get a ticket because it is over the "time limit" EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO SIGN POSTED. How are we suppose to know there is a time limit when there is NO SIGN? I parked in the same spot for over 2 months and then today one of their workers decided that the spot had a time limit. When I called and tried to figure out why I got the ticket, the lady randomly transferred me and then the next lady put me on hold. Georgia Tech needs to get a new company to run this.

I was targeted and ticketed in my reserved space for almost a year. They even ticketed my car when I was moving and send the parking pass in the mail as they required. I appealed the ticket. They denied it. A day later I received a collections threat via email .pdf. I was a staff member  through all of the issues presented by this department which makes my years of dealing with this office even more sad. Find alternative parking if at all possible.

I wish I could give zero stars. Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation is the most corrupt and worst establishment at Georgia Tech. The only thing this institution shows is greed. They changed the parking rules mid year and give tickets for parking in zones that are clearly stated as permissible as per their website. When tickets are rightfully contested and proper documentation is provided, GT Parking and Transportation refuses to acknowledge their mistake and drop the ticket. When you ask to speak to their boss, they reply "we have no boss". I literally hate GT Parking and Transportation with everything inside of me. The people that work there make Georgia Tech as an institution look bad. One day, after I graduate and have a lot of money, I will hire a very expensive attorney to go after and DEMOLISH GT Parking and Transportation. Just because I can.
