These guys are great. 2 days after the hurricane and we were locked out. Within hours of them opening back up, they got to me in under an hour.

Poor service! I have used them in the past but this time was so poor I won't again. I had recently bought a used car (key was in real bad shape) that I wanted a replacement and a spare. I was the only client there at the time and when I walked up to the door and man behind the counter looked at the key and just started complaining about what bad shape the key was in. He stated a key would be three hundred dollars while still looking at his phone. It gave me the impression that I was bothering him by asking him to provide the service of making me a key. I was so turned off I left without ordering. I went down the street to a locksmith on Pine Island road. They greeted me with a smile and I was able to get TWO functioning keys for Less then two hundred dollars (TOTAL NOT EACH). I would not recommend this locksmith!

Just purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry. It just came with just one master key. I needed another for my wife. I called two Toyota dealers and 3 locksmiths asking for a price. Outrageous cost - more than $240! I found Gerald's via google and called for a price. MUCH BETTER DEAL! Jason order the key on Monday and I went in on Thursday. 10 minutes later I had a new fully programmed key . Great guys! Highly recommended!!

Jason and Devon worked with us to get deadbolts and doorknobs replaced, and locks re-keyed right on schedule. From the first phone call, they were professional and easy to deal with. They understood immediately what we needed to accomplish and mentioned the type of hardware available. The prices they quoted were fair, and, most importantly, the job was expertly done. Thanks!

Got a FOB and key for much, much less than a Ford dealer. Good place.
