I recently brought my car (2005 VW Jetta) to German Auto Care because I was having electrical problems, and also needed an oil change.   George was welcoming, easy going, and discussed everything that he felt needed to be done before he started work.  To make matters even better, German Auto Care also charged an amazingly fair price.  I won't hesitate to keep bringing my car whenever problems arise, as I know that I will be treated fairly and with respect.

My car was overheating. I brought the Car to these Idiots and they told me that the engine had to be replaced. The total charge should have been $3K. I didn't proceed obviously. These idiots charged me $120 because they told me that they have worked on the car for 4 hours NOT TRUE no evidence of that. I have realized that the Antifreeze and Coolant was finished, I have added it and now the car works perfectly. Guys do not go to these incompetente and dishonest people they are taking advantage of you.
