I have had my grey 2014 Honda Civic serviced twice here at the Fender Mender. Steve is a true professional who genuinely cares about providing excellent work. The first time I needed to get work done on my vehicle, they were proactive in calling me often and keeping me updated on the time table of when I would expect to receive my car back. When I finally picked up my vehicle, it was a relief to see everything (and then some) fixed as if it came off the dealership lot. It was no question as to why I went back to them a second time and they took even better care of me. If you have doubts of choosing a trustworthy body shop, do not hesitate with the professionals here in Astoria. I cannot thank them enough.

Thank you Fender Menders!!  Professional, courteous, and timely service. The people who work here are pros!! They serviced my vehicle in less than expected time (4 days : including days to ship parts!). You guys are awesome!!

This place is very expensive. I got my car fixed else where for half what The Fender Mender quoted. 
Guys always shop around.

Steve,the boss,and Marc Sutton (the Allstate coordinator) went out of their way to satisfy me in every detail,even fixing for free few loose items not involved in the accident.
