I left a message early in the morning for a possible same day appointment. Called back in the afternoon noticed that the Voicemail had been changed to "out to lunch". I finally I get a callback from Crystal, I explained to her that I'm concerned that my toe maybe broken she gives me a long term appointment much later in the week...when I explained my urgency. Her attitude was rude, and she didn't care when I told her that I would go someplace else. I recommend this woman be trained in customer service? I would like to to that Dr. Gerst values all of his patients. I'm very disappointed with the customer service provided by Crystal.
